Job Title:  Client Services Manager
Reporting Relationships:  The Client Services Manager reports to the COO.

SAA exists to see the world restored from the impact of abortion by building and strengthening abortion healing worldwide. Job Duties, Responsibilities, Qualifications, and Requirements
Job Summary Support After Abortion seeks a Client Services Manager to lead a team of volunteers and/or staff in the delivery of support services to individuals seeking healing after an abortion or planning for healing needs before an abortion. This person will be responsible for the effective training of all volunteers and/or staff who respond to client outreach via call, text, or social media; establish and implement best practices in the de-escalation and emotional support of all clients; ensure successful and efficient transition to a like-minded healing program or pregnancy center; and evaluate and nourish those who serve for their emotional and mental health. This role requires a minimum of 4 hours of direct work with clients weekly for skill maintenance and must be flexible to cover shifts unexpectedly left unfilled. The Client Services Manager must be committed to SAA’s mission and must be inspired to do the best work of her or his life. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Ensure all clients are provided safe, confidential, and healthy emotional support for abortion healing, including those who are abortion-minded and desire to talk through healing options
  • Maintain a goal of successfully and completely triaging HOPE Line clients, not maintaining clients
  • Evaluate and develop referral relationships with like-minded abortion healing providers and pregnancy centers
  • Develop, coordinate and maintain efficient and cost-effective best practices through necessary protocols, process, and policy
  • Review interactions daily across all volunteers and/or staff  and provide feedback, as needed, for growth and adherence to best practices
  • Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and metrics
  • Provide training, evaluation and support, as needed, to all interacting with clients
  • Available to fill in or find a qualified sub for no show shifts on days, nights and weekends, as needed
  • Grow client services, including a 24/7/365 HOPE Line
  • Travel, up to 30%
Education And/or Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, keen attention to detail, excellent ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects and work independently
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills; superb communication skills, verbal and written
  • Understanding and dedication to mental wellness
  • Extremely trustworthy and discreet with confidential materials
Spiritual Qualifications
  • Be a committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and is active in a local church.
  • Exhibit a strong commitment and dedication to the pro-life position and sexual purity.
  • Agreement with Support After Abortions’ Statement of Faith and Principle.
