People who have experienced reproductive and pregnancy loss, such as miscarriage, stillbirth, infertility, adoption, abortion, surrogacy, and sterilization, can suffer in silence for years or decades after the loss. Rooted Therapies provides support and resources to help those impacted by reproductive loss.

Rooted Therapies offers therapeutic care and mental health coaching. While therapy typically focuses on processing past trauma, treating mental health conditions, and exploring deep-rooted emotional issues with a licensed mental health professional, mental health coaching tends to be more action-oriented and focused on setting goals, developing coping strategies, and creating practical solutions for current challenges with a coach who may not have clinical training. Therapeutic services are exclusive to Florida. Coaching services are offered at the coach’s availability in any state.
