Project Rachel- Archdiocese of Washington

Project Rachel Ministry is a post-abortion healing ministry sponsored by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Washington that offers compassionate help to men and women who have experienced emotional and/or spiritual pain after abortion. During these retreats, you will encounter the healing grace of the Sacraments, hear a witness talk, and be supported by a caring retreat team in a safe, judgment-free environment. Experience God’s mercy, healing, and hope. We offer referrals to priests specially trained in post-abortion and/or to licensed Catholic/Christian mental health professionals.

This fall we are offering the following full day retreats to enter into the program followed up by monthly ½ day retreats:

• Entering Canaan Day of Prayer and Healing in Spanish for women, September 26, 2026
  8:30am – 6:00pm
• Entering Canaan Day of Prayer and Healing in English for women, October 10, 2026
  8:30am – 6:00pm
• Entering Canaan Day of Prayer and Healing for men in English and Spanish, November 14, 2026
  8:30am – 6:00pm

*Location of the retreat is confidential and will be disclosed at registration.

Entering Canaan Day of Prayer and Healing Explained:
Each day-long retreat is designed to promote healing through the sacraments.
Lunch is included.
