I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing compassionate, nonjudgmental therapy to clients in Arizona and Colorado through convenient telehealth sessions. I support women navigating the emotional impact of abortion, pregnancy-related experiences, grief, trauma, anxiety, and major life transitions.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe there is no single “right” way to feel after an abortion. You may be experiencing grief, relief, sadness, anger, guilt, confusion, or a combination of emotions and therapy can be a place to process your experience honestly without judgment or pressure.
I specialize in trauma and use evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy. These approaches can be especially helpful when an experience continues to feel emotionally charged, when you find yourself replaying parts of what happened, or when different parts of you seem to hold conflicting feelings about your experience.
I offer both Christian and non-religious counseling, depending on what feels most supportive to you. For clients who want faith to be part of the healing process, I’m comfortable integrating Christian beliefs, prayer, and faith-based perspectives into therapy. For those who prefer a secular approach, therapy can remain entirely non-religious. Your beliefs, values, and preferences will always guide our work together.
My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and able to move toward healing in a way that honors your individual story, values, and beliefs. I work with clients from a variety of backgrounds and meet each person where they are.
I offer individual telehealth therapy throughout Arizona and Colorado and accept insurance, making it easier to access consistent support from the privacy and comfort of your own space.
