FREE to Heal Abortion Recovery

Free to Heal is a course designed to bring healing to women & men who have abortion in their past.  Abortion is not a secret anymore; it is freely discussed in our society.  Despite this openness, many women & men have pain and experiences that they don’t feel comfortable telling anyone.  Millions of women & men hold this secret deep inside, and many are suffering severe consequences.  Free to Heal allows women & men who need help to connect with someone who can help.  If you don’t think you need healing from your own abortion experience, Free to Heal is your place to offer help and encouragement to someone who does.  You may even be a concerned mother, sister, father, brother or friend.  Free to Heal is about connections…you don’t have to be alone.  There is hope.  There is help.  Our mission is to provide a supportive and confidential environment that facilitates healing and restoration, bringing a sense of hope and purpose for the future.  We have an 8 week course that can be done one-on-one, in a group, virtually or in-person.

We use our own curriculum that is a mix between “Her Choice to Heal” and “Surrendering the Secret”.  It does have a religious aspect that is mixed in but not required.  We are flexible depending on the person, whether we meet weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.  They are evening sessions, usually a Tuesday or Wednesday.
