In each moment, we get to begin again.  Healing is a journey that spans a lifetime; it's my honor to walk alongside you in this season.

I offer a safe, compassionate space for women and men to process their experiences of grief and loss. And as a licensed counselor with years of experience in mind-body wellness, I see every individual as a whole person: mind, body, spirit. I am also volunteer participant in the Rachel's Vineyard post-abortive healing retreat, and have training in the Surrendering The Secret post-abortive healing curriculum.
