We provide 1:1 virtual care and small group in-person retreats at no cost. Our compassionate environment is offered to share your story and process the effects of an abortion. During our weekend retreats, women are able to come away from daily life and care for the wounds and difficult emotions and move toward healing, restoration, hope and connection.

Tamara Baczek leads pregnancy grief care at Capitol Hill Pregnancy Center. Having experienced abortion herself, Tamara understands the hidden guilt and shame that can linger beneath the surface. For years, these wounds affected and shaped the way she saw herself.

Along her own journey toward healing and restoration, Tamara encountered other women carrying painful stories of their own. Although their experiences were different, she recognized something familiar beneath the surface—a wounded heart longing for healing, hope, and freedom.

Tamara gently guides women through Transforming Your Story by Wendy Giancola, drawing on her training and experience in one-on-one care, women mentorship, small-group facilitation, and biblical counseling. With compassion, empathy, and the understanding that comes from her own experience, Tamara creates a safe and supportive space where women can honestly explore their stories, tend to deeper wounds, and move toward greater healing and freedom.
