Beyond the Choice

If you’re carrying complex emotions after an abortion—grief, guilt, relief, anger, numbness—you’re not alone. Beyond the Choice is a 6-week virtual healing program created to support you in processing your experience in a safe, secular, and nonjudgmental space.

This work is trauma-informed and rooted in the understanding that healing doesn’t come from fixing you—it comes from finally honoring you. Our time together combines somatic exercises, guided meditation, reflective journaling, and group sharing to help you reconnect with yourself and move through what’s been held inside.

You can choose the path that feels right for you:
